This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and shipping inquiries for all purchases made through www.sinkflowhub.com. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days via our logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
Tracking: To keep you informed, automatic tracking updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout at key stages of the shipment, including dispatch, arrival at local logistics hubs, and final delivery.
Delivery Delays: If an order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at kitchen@sinkflowhub.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Depending on the findings of this investigation, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement shipment.
- Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with European Union consumer rights directives, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
Exercise of Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement via email to kitchen@sinkflowhub.com.
Return Conditions: If you withdraw, you must send the goods back to us at the address provided below within 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods must be borne by the consumer.
Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.
- Damaged or Defective Goods
We take care in packaging our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team at kitchen@sinkflowhub.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt.
Resolution: Please provide photographic evidence clearly showing the damage or defect. Once reviewed and verified, we will arrange for a refund or a replacement to be sent. In such instances, there is no requirement to return the damaged item.
